Wandsworth Council is seeking views on proposals to introduce two new property licensing schemes.
The schemes are known as additional houses in multiple occupation (HMO) licensing and selective licensing.
The aim of these schemes is to drive up property standards, clamp down on rogue landlords and deliver a fairer borough for all.
